Sea Dreams Warranty Policy

Our wetsuits are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Sea Dreams will replace or repair, at our discretion, any wetsuit proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of the product, accidents, or lack of reasonable care. If your garment is defective, please return the product, postage prepaid, with proof of purchase to:

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or US Priority Mail (insured) for return shipment.

Shipping

Most orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 24-36 hours of placement. Our method of shipping is U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Express Mail shipping is available for an additional charge. International orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Global Priority Mail.

Our Return and Exchange Policies

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of this shipment, you may return the merchandise for exchange or refund. All items returned must be in new and unworn condition with the original packaging and tags intact. All returns must include a copy of your sales receipt, so we know how to properly credit you. Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise. If you return an item that had qualified for FREE SHIPPING, we will deduct our original cost of shipping from your credit amount. If you wish to exchange an item that had qualified for FREE SHIPPING, an additional shipping charge will apply.
